The Silvestera story began over 80 years ago when our family first broke ground in the paving industry in Southeastern Pennsylvania. What started as a small, hardworking crew with a passion for quality has grown into one of the region's most trusted names in asphalt paving, concrete, and site work.
Through four generations, the Silvestera family has remained hands-on — from the first shovel in the ground to the final coat of sealant. Our founder instilled values that still guide us today: show up early, work hard, treat every customer's property like your own, and never cut corners.
Over the decades, Silvestera Inc. built a stellar reputation serving both residential and commercial clients across Bucks, Montgomery, and Chester Counties. That reputation — earned job by job, year by year — became the foundation for everything we do.

By separating our commercial operations into a dedicated union company, we can offer larger crews, specialized equipment, union-grade labor standards, and the full resources required for complex commercial projects.
